19 years after setting up Rancard with co-founder Ehizogie Binitie in April 2001, Kofi Dadzie
steps down from executive management on March 31, 2020.
In October 2019, Kofi, then Group CEO handed over strategic operations of all Rancard entities
to Ernest Osei-Wusu , who was appointed as General Manager-RSL in February 2019 and had
hitherto been responsible for day to day running of the group. Ernest subsequently holds the
leadership reins pending the appointment of a substantive group CEO/managing director.
Ernest leads the company with the support of the board and executive team until further notice,
whilst Kofi retains his seat on the board as non-executive vice-chairman.
