Rancard’s COVID-19 response

Dear Rancard Stakeholder,

COVID-19 RESPONSE

In the wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Government guidelines released for public interventions, we have activated our Disaster Response Plan as part of our Business Continuity procedures to ensure that the interests of our key stakeholders (employees, business partners and the General Public) are protected.

The following measures are in place until further notice:

1. Rancard platforms and services will continue to run as usual and all escalation matrices remain in place as per our Service Level Agreement with you.

2. All Rancard employees will be working remotely from the 18th of March 2020. Rancard teams will continue to be available to the relevant stakeholders for meetings and technical support via online channels.

3. All physical stakeholder engagements, both local and foreign, will now be held remotely via online communication channels.
